Vladimir Semerenko lives and works in St. Petersburg, Russia. However his graphics, caricatures, and paintings have traveled all over the world for many years, gathering many top prizes in jury competitions. Vladimir usually sends his wife, Irina, to collect his prizes because he is busy in his studio creating new and wonderful works of art.

Additionally, Vladimir and Irina together, have written and illustrated many books. While most of the books have been targeted at children, they have also produced educational volumes for students, and books of cartoons for adults.
